What happens in a session?
A standard sports foot care session lasts about 45–60 minutes.
1. Assessment
Activity load, footwear use and current foot concerns are reviewed in a brief consultation.
2. Preparation
A sterile setup is prepared; the treatment areas are made ready.
3. Treatment
Nail shaping, callus and thickening care are performed; blisters are managed when needed.
4. Aftercare
Footwear, sock and training-period care recommendations plus a follow-up plan are shared.
