What happens in a session?
A diabetic foot care session lasts 60–75 minutes as it includes additional assessments.
1. Risk assessment
Sensation, pulses and skin integrity are checked; a risk score is set.
2. Preparation
A sterile setup is prepared; the feet are made ready for treatment.
3. Treatment
Nails are shaped, calluses and hardened skin are cleared with a gentle technique.
4. Education & plan
Daily self-checks, footwear advice and a follow-up interval are shared.
